Sfbay Data Entry did a great job with an out-of-print book which I needed to preserve. They consulted with me at length to discuss the best manner of scanning the book due to its size, type of content, etc. In the end, they scanned it in color because they didn't believe the scan quality good enough for black and white - it turned out beautiful and now I don't have concerns about the book deteriorating further over the years. I was very pleased with the scanning work done by eRecordsUSA with some fragile, ninety year old books. They took the time to unfold pages that contained folded up articles. The scans were of very high quality, and they completed the job in a timely manner.
